At Lavoria, we are committed to delivering high-quality products directly to your door with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Because we work with trusted fulfillment partners and global logistics centers to offer the best value to our customers, our shipping process is designed for reliability rather than raw speed.

1. Standard Shipping Timelines

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, the following estimated delivery window applies:

Estimated Delivery: 6–15 business days

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

2. Potential Shipping Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated 15-business-day window, please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. In some cases, shipping may take longer due to factors outside of our direct control, including but not limited to:

High demand: Seasonal peaks, promotional periods, or viral product trends.

Customs processing: International inspections, clearance procedures, or local import checks.

Global logistics delays: Unexpected carrier delays, transit interruptions, or route changes.

Remote locations: Deliveries to rural, island, or non-metropolitan areas may require additional transit time.

3. Order Tracking & Status Updates

Once your tracking number becomes active, it may take 3–5 business days for the carrier to display the first tracking update.

If your package appears to be “stuck” at a sorting center or shows no movement for a few days, this usually means it is being transferred between logistics partners and is still in transit.

4. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details.

Lavoria is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that are later reported as lost, missing, or stolen.

5. Multiple Shipments

To get your items to you as efficiently as possible, orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment at no additional cost.
